As a team from Irondequoit, New York, a suburb of Rochester, the Eastridge Robotics team is excited to make a name for themselves in this competition. Their main sponsor, Bausch & Lomb, consists of engineers mentoring the student members in multiple sub teams. They are also sponsored by Cooper Vision, Cross Bros. Co., and OGP Inc. There are roughly 60 students from Eastridge High School and four teachers from Eastridge's technology department. They meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30pm to 7:30pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 4:30pm at Bausch & Lomb's 10,000 square foot work space, set up specifically for the FIRST experience.
